EXCELLENT TRIP
I just wanted to let you know that we had an excellent trip..... everything went smoothly. Our guides were
very informative and most helpful, the weather co-operated, the accommodation was fine (Das Cateras Hotel in
Iguassu Falls was fabulous), the food was tasty and the pacing of our travels was perfect. The highlights were
Easter Island, Iguassu Falls (naturally), the geysers and salt flats at Atacama (it also was a wonderful resort)
and of course, Christ the Redeemer statue (Christine took at least 300 photos of him), plus the tango show in BA.
I know that we were sticky with our planning, but it paid off and your suppliers in South America followed
through. Cheers

MARVELOUS JOB
Just wanted to let you know that Michael did a marvelous job on an independent itinerary in Peru for 2 very good friends of mine. I was very nervous about things not going as planned....
We were able to stay within their budget and do everything they wanted in Peru. During their travels they saw another bus tour a few times and realized what a difference it was to travel independently. Your local office did a very good job and even called them midway during the trip to be sure everything was Okay. They were certainly impressed with that service.
As I told Michael I will certainly be giving him a call in the future.

AMAZING & WONDERFUL TIME IN PERU
we had an absolutely amazing and wonderful time! So many things we've seen and experienced, that it will take us a few days to decipher it all.... The Peruvians we met were so very friendly and kind and funny. The food was absolutely delicious. The sights were awe-inspiring.
And, through all of it we were wonderfully cared for. The local guides were always punctual, prepared, and helpful! We feel we made friends there, and especially enjoyed our time with Edwardo and Armando, our private guides through Colca Canyon to see the condors.
THANK YOU for setting this trip up for us! Truly it was a memorable and fantastic experience. We have nothing but praise for you and for our new Peruvian friends.
again, many thanks

ENJOYABLE ANTARCTICA VACATION
Dear Alison
Pat and I returned yesterday from vacation and we wish to give you a brief report on our vacation. First let me say that all arrangements were very well handled and we had a thoroughly enjoyable vacation. In particular;
1. All local offices were well organized and on time. In particular our guide Vera at Iguazu was both knowledgeable and very helpful.
2. The hotels were all excellent.....
3. The Antarctica trip aboard the Polar Pioneer was exactly what we wished. The scientists and historians on board were knowledgable and friendly. The lectures were excellent. The group leaders, being Australian were willing to have zodiac landings on days when they would have been cancelled on other trips.
We received upgrades to our hotel in Brazil and to our accommodation on the Polar Pioneer vessel. To the extent that you were responsible we thank you.
If you need references for clients who wish to go to Antarctica we would be pleased to provide same.

HONEYMOON IN PERU
We had a great time on our honeymoon. Everything went smoothly and it was really easy to get through the transitions because there was always someone there to pick us up. Often it was just us or us and a few other people on the tours so we could ask as many questions as we wanted or spend more time in places we were more interested in. All of the guides spoke very good English. I felt very safe while we were there and most of the hotels were nicer than we expected. There was a prefect mix of activities with down time. We left Peru feeling like we could have spent another month there.
Cuzco was fun and had a busy nightlife. The Spanish Churches and Architecture were amazing and the main square had lots to see and do.
On the Incan Trail, the Porters made us very comfortable. It was very luxurious compared to the backpacking trips we usually go on since they carried most of the weight and set up camp for us. They treated us to delicious food along the way and the sites were amazing to take in.
We had more fun in the rainforest than we ever expected. The day and night hikes were always interesting and we never knew what we were going to see.
Thank you for your role in making this a memorable and enjoyable trip.
Thank you,
Josh
GOLFING GROUP PATAGONIA
Thank you so much for yet another amazing Goway experience. The group thoroughly enjoyed themselves, really loved the country, its people and all the golf and sightseeing.
As a guide I must again state how smoothly everything runs with Goway's expertise. The quality of the tours, the hotels, food etc. are all first class. One of the women spoke at her Rotary meeting the other day raving about her experience so one never knows how the word gets spread around.

WONDERFUL TRIP
Joseph...
Just a quick note to say "thanks" for organizing such a wonderful trip. All connections/flights etc went very well. The Odyssey was an excellent ship and we loved our experience on the Galapagos!!
All hotels were great and Cuzco/Machu Pichu was well worth the extra time.
Once again thanks for making our holiday a pleasure!
Regards,
Irene
FABULOUS TRIP
The guides were some of the best we ever had.
- We really enjoyed the fact that we were not taken to places/sites where they tried to sell us something. This trip offered a perfect mix of adventure, fine dining, gorgeous scenery, guided tours, and time on our own - without anyone taking advantage that we were tourists.
- The Park Hyatt in Buenos Aires was in a great location
- The hotel in Ushuaia was magnificent.......
- The hotel in Iguassu Falls was fine
Know that it was a FABULOUS TRIP and all of the arrangements flowed smoothly!!
MACHU PICCHU - WORTH EVERY PENNY
Hi Andrea
Just wanted to let you know this trip for Joyce and Bruce went pretty near perfectly. They enjoyed it immensely and couldn't say enough about how well they were looked after. They were stunned by the communication between ..the local offices... Tours, Guides,... tour operators and how well they were kept up to date on the day to day schedule. Their favorite guide was Pedro – first day at Machu Picchu.
Inkaterra Machu Picchu – spectacular and worth every penny
Joyce experienced Altitude sickness at the Colca Canyon – could not do the Condor tour the next day. Had nurse come in with Oxygen, gave her a massage, hot water bottles and extra blankets – treated royally! And when Joyce mentioned they missed the condors to Pedro, he took them to a special place where they even had a Condor sit on her arm. This is an example of the outstanding service, and sincere care from the guides.
Posada Amazonias – They LOVED it!
Ramada Airport hotel Lima – last night – Loved this hotel. When they arrived, a person from the local office was waiting there for them to help them get the shuttle to the hotel. Unexpected and appreciated.
They just felt they were embraced by the people and thought the Independent/Seat in Coach touring was a fabulous experience.
Thanks for a job well done and this makes me confident that I can continue to offer Peru as an FIT in the future. This is what I expect from Goway and so happy it worked out so well.
GALAPAGOS & PERU: BEST FAMILY VACATION EVER
Hello Joseph,
This is just a quick note to give you some feedback on our recent trip to the Galapagos and Peru.
It was a great success. I would recommend the MV Legend to anyone considering a Galapagos holiday. The accommodations were great, the food and service good and the guides (especially Xavier) were excellent.
The mainland portion was equally memorable.
Being met by a representative for every transfer, and private tours with knowledgeable guides, takes all the stress out of travel, especially for a trip like this that involves many flights, and where we have only a rudimentary grasp of the local language.
Our tour guides were …… knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with.
In particular, our experiences with the tour guides for Cusco (Sandra) and Colca Canyon (Mariano) are some of the highlights of our trip.
Thanks for helping put together one of our best family vacations ever.

BEST OF GUATEMALA
I think that Goway must have upgraded all of our hotels because we couldn't believe our luck. We found the Palacio Dona Leonor to be one of the more beautiful and certainly the most luxurious hotel that we had stayed in. It's a 500 year old private mansion that had been restored into a 12 suite hotel about 3 years ago. Each of the rooms was decorated differently (of course, we had to take a look at each one!). I could have stayed in my room the entire week - I felt like royalty! We also loved the Laguna Lodge, an eco-resort with their own hiking trails on the property. We were the only ones staying at the lodge and, once again, it was like a private oasis. The vegetarian meals were fabulous and was a pleasant surprise for Paul who is a staunch meat lover! The La Lancha resort was lovely in a Muskoka way - apparently it is owned by Francis Ford Coppola - and, once again, the staff were wonderful in accommodating all our needs.
We loved the itinerary, especially the visits to the coffee farm and textiles groups, and various smaller markets - it felt like we were away from the mainstream tourist spots. The trip to Tikal and Yaha was among my favourite since this region seemed so unspoiled compared to the rest of the country. The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and went out of their way to ensure that we had a good time. The drivers were courteous and, most importantly, very punctual in a country known for being more 'relaxed' about such things!
Thank you again for helping us organize this last minute trip - it was perfect in so many ways and we appreciate all of your work in ensuring that the trip went well for us. Thank you also for waking up at 6 am to prebook the seating for our outgoing flight and for making sure that Paul made it to Guatemala! This has been a most memorable trip for our family.
Regards,
Pearl

WONDERFUL PERU
Hello Carolyn ...We have just returned from our adventure in the Galapagos and Peru and wanted to let you know what a great time we had.
In Ecuador we were well looked after everywhere. The hotel "La Rabida" was a really nice place to stay and close to all the sites in Quito so we were able to walk to the Old town area. Our Galapagos week.....was also very fine..., the food great , and the guide and staff on board were attentive, and professional. Being sailors ourselves, we wanted to have a sailboat experience ..and it worked out great .As well the itinerary is good for a 1 week visit ...we were able to see a lot in that time.
Our Peru adventure was wonderful ! All of the hotels we stayed at were really fine and well located , the guides and drivers were excellent, the food and restaurants included were also great......it was a fine tour particularly because of all the people who went out of their way to make sure we had a good time.
Our Rainforest experience was also fun and really hot... the accommodation at the Posada Amazonas was neat , the walks and boat rides interesting and our guide "Silverio" excellent . I would recommend it to anyone looking for that type of experience.
All in all ... a wonderful time..lots of physical activity ..we walked ,climbed and walked more ...and the weather was actually great while we were there as well.
We just want to THANK everyone who was involved in making our 4 weeks such a fine adventure!

ANTARCTICA - THE COOLEST!
I am saying it is the 'best trip of my life'!
Excellent weather - and for that reason we spent the first 3 days steaming ahead to cross the circle - we passed it by 100 miles - further than many of
the crew had gone before!
Penguins, seals, whales, we saw it all up close and personal!
Sandy and Becky went kayaking - in ice no less....
Sandy and I did the Polar Plunge (yes, very cold) and Camping!
The Expedition Leader said multiple times 'we don't know who to thank for the great weather...."
I had no idea that we would be.......cruising amongst icebergs and glaciers...
It was - overall - the best!!! Two weeks of nothing but incredible scenery, Seriously...it doesn't happen often for me - but it left me speechless to describe it. How do you imagine weeks of no phones, no cars, no roads, just a few buildings...
Thanks for all your work on this! We felt very pampered being picked up and dropped off everywhere!
OUT OF THIS WORLD COSTA RICA
Happy New Year to you and thanks for the good work regarding our trip to Costa Rica. I meant to tell you when we came back but I was so busy with the Xmas preparations that I forgot. Our trip was out of this world and the trip was simply excellent. We will not hesitate to deal with you again for we have
EXCEPTIONAL GALAPAGOS CRUISE
Galapagos boat cruise was exceptional. Back in Quito for mountain biking on Cotopaxi then river rafting then Amazon jungle lodge.
Many, many, many thanks to all concerned with the Galapagos plans......especially Soledad, Manolo and Aline in San Cristobal.
Will never forget exceptional experience !!!!!!
FANTASTIC MACHU PICCHU
Had a phone call from Machu Picchu yesterday from Michael just to say that the guide, Efraim was the best guide he had ever met and he was having
the time of his life, everything was fantastic etc. etc.
He's off canoeing now and away to Lima later.
BEAUTIFUL PERU
Hi
I just wanted to let you know the trip was great and to thank you for looking after Kristine and I so well. The tour group you booked with did a fantastic job. They were
extremely well organized, punctual and very professional and did a great job.
Peru is a beautiful country and the people are friendly. The actual hike we.........are certainly glad we did it because it was a prelude to Kilimanjaro next January. A test if you will. If we go to Africa it will very likely just be for safaris.
Thanks again for your great work in making this trip the experience of a lifetime.
Best regards,
Fred
WONDERFUL ASIA
Here we are back in Canada after a great vacation in Asia
We had a wonderful time and must congratulate you for putting on a first class tour. The itinerary could not be faulted and exceeded our travel expectations. The accommodations were great from small guest houses to luxurious resorts. We thoroughly enjoyed the different types of transportation used, from planes, boats. trains, bicycles, trishaws, tuc, tuc, and even an elephant ride. The group leaders were very knowledgeable in showing and explaining the cultures of all the places we visited. They also made the travel group feel very comfortable together, making it feel like you were traveling with family members. The small group size was great as we were all able to travel in comfort and style together.
The cooking lessons in Chiang Mai were excellent and we can't wait to try some of the recipes we learnt to cook, especially the Tom Yum Soup.
Thank you very much for all you have done in making this such a special vacation for us.

COSTA RICA
The holidays were fabulous and really glad we chose Costa Rica. Everything went well and we survived....... Thank god for GPS systems (we rented that with the car)....... We missed the correct turn on the first block but the wonderful GPS recalculated and we went a different route. I took over 1000 pictures. We love the Caribbean side, less people and the rainforest was wonderful. NO TURTLES except one little one, but lots of everything else. Unbelievable! Loved Lugana Lodge!
ANTARCTICA!
Greetings from Ushuaia, the 'End of the World'! I have just returned from my 'Expedition Cruise' to Antarctica, and all I can think about is going back. It is too special to be a 'once in a lifetime' trip! All I can say is, book a trip and GO!
I have never taken a cruise before, and this one was perfect. My ship, the 'M/S Clipper Adventurer', is a very fine vessel. Big enough to be really comfortable, with an overall length of 100 meters and equipped with stabilizers, and yet small enough to feel really friendly. We were 110 passengers...
ANTARCTICA ADVENTURE
Hi Nigel just a short email to let you know how well our trip to Antarctica went. Everything went according to plan and we were picked up at all locations. The Hotel Presidente in Santiago.... is well situated and the Lodge Terrentai in San Pedro de Atacama is a lovely hotel with great meals and the excursions were wonderful as were the guides. What can we say about the Antarctica cruise but it was fabulous and we would recommend the ship to any who might be thinking of going to the Antarctica. the guides were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We saw fantastic wild life and scenery. Anyway just to let you know all went very well and we were extremely pleased with A.I.'s arrangements.
Thank you
Joan
FASCINATING COSTA RICA
Just back from a trip to remember, arranged for us by Adventures Incorporated. Seven memorable days in beautiful, fascinating Costa Rica. Just gave them our dates and told them what we wanted to see and they did the rest. Absolutely no worries. Thank you to Pacesetter.

PERU ADVENTURE
I came to A.I with an idea and a time line, I had my head set on going solo down to Chile and making my own way. That changed with the advice of A.I. I instead went to Peru on a guided tour. I was sceptical at first having never been on a guided tour thinking it wasn't going to be my cup of tea, but I was proven wrong. For the amount of time I had, a trip to Peru turned out to be the best destination imaginable, all my bookings were reliable and the group that I toured with were all exactly like minded to me, we all had a bit of an introverted wild side, yet still craved some English speaking familiarity. I have never known such a short time to last so long. It seems the advice of Adventures Incorporated truly did ensure I had an amazing time. Peru wasn't on my radar when I set out, but now I can't stop recommending it!

AMAZING ECUADOR
"Last summer....... I had the opportunity to travel to Quito, Ecuador where we spent 5 days exploring this amazing city in the clouds before flying to the Galapagos Islands. I was so impressed with the amount of things Adventures Incorporated arranged for us to do in Quito, including a fascinating tour of the old city and its museums, shopping in the markets, a 14,000 ft cable car ride, white water rafting, a canopy tour, and horse back riding. We're the type of travelers who enjoy a full itinerary, and the short day trips A.I. offered really allowed us to maximize our time there.
.......The tour operators A.I. supports were extremely eco-conscious and strict measures were taken to ensure we did not leave a trace on the Islands or impact the animals during our stay. I will definitely use A.I. again for their knowledge, personalized service, choice of local guides and eco consciousness, which made for a wonderful trip we will always remember."

WONDROUS ECUADOR
The trip was fantastic, far beyond anything I expected.
Sacha Lodge is unbelievable. The people are wonderful. The birds flowers and animals were wonderful, Everything about the Lodge and the arrangements to get there and back was A1. Send as many as you can to keep this place going.
The Galapagos were wonderful too. Swimming with sea lions is fantastic. Loved all of the trip.
PERU IS AWESOME!
Upon my return to Toronto I had tried contacting you to thank you for such an AMAZING trip with Juan Carlos as our guide. Everything about the trip was outstanding. You run an excellent company and have shown us Peru in a special way. SUSAN
