- If a photo is chosen by AdventuresIncorporated and or Goway for publication on the
web site, in any of the Goway divisions brochures or used as a cover shot for the A.I
brochure it is agreed to by and accepted by the photographer that the image as submitted
becomes the property of Goway Travel and its divisions.
- The photo may be used as many times and for any purpose as Goway travel and its
divisions deems appropriate
- That the payment for the photo as listed above is the full and final payment for the
purchaseof the photo regardless of use or number of times of use
